In 2009, a young Korean man began his journey in London’s Smithfield Market as a meat delivery worker.
After a decade of hands-on experience, he became Sales Director and pursued his vision for the future.
In 2015, he opened a butcher shop in New Malden, and in 2017, 

merged with K Mart to launch Treestone Butchers & Kitchen
