How to cookRinse the rice cakes in cold water. Add to boiling beef broth and cook until soft. Top with seaweed, egg, spring onion, garlic and pepper to taste.

Tip: Before opening, gently massage the pack to separate the slices. A faint smell of food-grade alcohol on opening is normal and disappears during cooking.
